dc.description.abstract The Committee of Privileges (Tenth Lok Sabha) in their First Report recommended that all the instructions/guidelines issued by the Government regarding dealings between Administration and Members of Parliament be published at one place and circulated to the Members of Parliament for their information.This brochure has since been updated incorporating therein all subsequent guidelines/instructions issued by the Union Government either suo motu or at the instance of the Speaker Lok Sabha/Committee of Privileges Lok Sabha.
